Feeling creative

Well.....another day without power. I know my husband is hating it but I actually kind of enjoy the quiet time. No TV, no laundry & an excuse not to vacuum right now. Gives me some time to sort through patterns, catch up on some orders & start some new projects.

Since we are nearing closer to football season, I am really going to push out some new SEC designs. I just started an Alabama hat today & hopefully Auburn in the next few days. Stay posted for pics when they are finished.

Ahhh....I woke up this morning to find that our electricity is back on, the sun is shining and both of my kids are happy!  I am feeling creative today with a million new designs bouncing around in my head.  Most of all, I'm thinking pink.  I'm hoping to get at least one breast cancer awareness hat out before October.

Breast cancer has always been a cause that is near and dear to my heart.  My family was personally touched this year making this even more important to me.  With all the new advancements that have been made recently in the cancer field, I am hoping we move closer to a cure.  Until then, THINK PINK and help support the ongoing efforts.
